Hey There,
My journey to launching Compass to Bliss Creative (C2B) in 2020 was fueled by my passion for finding opportunities to ignite growth, inspiration, knowledge, and improvement to the world around me, utilizing a creative lens. I enjoy creating thoughtful and engaging experiences that connect businesses to their consumers and elevate their brand within the marketplace. I'm especially happy when those opportunities create a space where design intersects with a positive social impact on the community. Some call this "design for good," I like to call it "purpose-driven design."
Prior to launching C2B, I spent many years working as a member of in-house design teams for large brand names like Victorinox Swiss Army and Prudential, while maintaining a side-hustle as a freelance designer. I also served on the Board of Directors for AIGA Connecticut (American Institute of Graphic Arts) as Director of Membership & Engagement (2014-2016), and Chapter President (2016-2018). Additionally, I served as a Committee Member on the In-House INitiative Steering Committee for AIGA National.
In my free time I love to travel, capturing moments through photography and exploration of a place. It is this "wanderlust" and the desire to experience and better the world around me that inspired the idea for the name "Compass to Bliss". This is the journey to finding bliss, using purpose-driven design as a creative compass.
